After 30 years of marriage, it is pretty difficult to choose a clever Father's Day gift for my husband, particularly because his birthday is the week after Father's Day, and he is very particular.

Suffice to say, when he mentioned we needed a new garden hose, I got online at Amazon.com and found this fabulous Dramm ColorStorm hose. He really likes the fact that it doesn't twist and crimp, and I think he secretly loves the color! I highly recommend this item!

Aside from the obvious asthetic advantage, this hose is made with premium metal couplings, it coils well and does not kink. Although the price is high, it is worth it for the quality. We purchased two different colors - yellow & blue. Both very vibrant and attractive.

This is the HOSE of HOSES - a strong, kink-free, durable hose that is beautiful as well - I got the blue and berry (purple) colors - the neighbors are jealous!It winds well and is easy to handle. My only complaint is it does not come in 100 foot lengths - Had to buy 2 hoses for the back yard.

I've been looking for ages for something fun for my garden.... and I needed a new hose or two as well. I decided to look on Amazon after not finding anything but the same old green things at Home Depot. When I came across these hoses I knew they would be perfect, and they are. They all arrived this weekend (I bought three: orange, red and the purple). The fittings are stainless streel and they are so easy to attch to my soaker hoses and also to the various nozzels that I use in my yard. No leaks, so kinks, so twisty hoses knocking over things when I walk to another place. I would highly recommend these hoses, for fun and function, YEAH! Well worth the price, and the smiles.

I had never used any products made by the Dramm Company so this was an experiment. So far, I have been very pleased with this Dramm garden hose and would recommend it to anyone. The fittings on both ends of the 50 ft. of hose are high-quality items and that's important because I don't want them to leak of fail altogether. The hose itself appears to be resistant to kinking which is also important when full flow is required. As I stated earlier, I would recommend this garden hose to anyone who is looking for superior construction from one end to the other!

The hose is for a gift for our daughter who loves all things purple. We were happy to find a hose in her color. It arrived very quickly and we were more than satisfied!

Love it.... Color yellow is great for making sure that it does not get run over by the lawn mower. This product also coils up well when storing. Try the 6 position sprinkler that goes with this hose. Great also....

I must say, I love my orange hose. Such fun!!! In that I have been a gardener for many, many years, and hardly have any room left in my yard for plants, I've decided to spend the money I used to spend on new plants on other things for my yard. I decided to splurge and get an orange hose!! Besides, I hate the plastic ones and that's all I was able to find in my local stores! I will say, however, and I hate to tell on it, but it does kink. Oh well, you can't have everything. It's still easier to handle than the plastic ones and I'm still very happy with this hose. It's so cheerful! I haven't found a hose yet that doesn't kink, so I'll deal with it as always. Shipping and delivery was fast too!

I fell in love with the colors of these hoses and had to have it. I am saddened to report that it is actually the worst hose as far as kinking and winding back up that I have ever had. It is getting better after winding it up 20 times, but it is taking me around 10 mins to wind up the hose and hang it up and it is constantly kinking making me not even want to use it. I did have it for 8 months before using it for the first time if that would actually make a difference in the hose being more stiff initially. I have seen a Dramm hose being used at a nursery and it was straight and perfect, but that has not been my experience. Despite my preference for form over function I wouldn't buy another Dramm hose because it takes too long to use it.

The color faded very quickly. Not worth the price at all. Better off going to Target and get their red hose. Would not recommend to purchase the colors...especially RED. Every time I look at it I get angry because it was NOT cheap!
