PROS: I did get the item fast. I got a quick response from the seller and they were polite to work with. I also got a quick refund to my account once I returned the item. Also, the item seemed to be of good quality.
CONS: Be VERY careful! When doing a search and seeing something you are interested in, and you click on it, you expect it to be exactly what you selected, right? Well with this seller, you have to read what isn't there. I ordered "mahogany finish" drapery rings. When I received the item, the packing slip showed the item, the color highlighted and the quantity. The color highlighted and the item received was not "mahogany finish", it was a blond or honey finish. I checked my "cart" again and it was the color I needed. The picture was even shown in "mahogany finish". When I checked the email confirmation, it was the color I selected. I also read the item description to make sure it was the same as what I clicked on and it was the same. Nowhere did it say the color was different than what I thought I selected. I finally found the item I needed somewhere else on the web. Maybe the seller should double check the links and make sure that what they are listing is correct?
