I purchased this guitar for my daughter and we are both very satisfied. It is Chinese made, which might turn off some buyers, but the craftsmanship is superb and the sound is fantastic. I have played guitar for for about 25 years. I have played a lot of different guitars, both expensive big-name ones and lesser expensive no-name ones. Each one must stand on its own. A name does not make a great guitar...the materials, construction, and design do. This guitar has it all down to the last detail. All the inlays are real wood and done beautifully. The hardware is high quality and it holds its tune well. And the sound is deep and rich, as you would expect from an all solid-wood guitar (no laminates here)! Matching the quality of the guitar is the unmatched service of Kim Rawlings at Rawlings Music. We went back and forth over a few different models, and he went out of his way to make us happy. He keep working with us until we were satisfied and I cannot commend him and his business to instrument shoppers highly enough. Again, an A+ guitar from an A + company.
