An adequate Seek and Find game but nothing more,

I really like seek and find/hidden object games for my DSi. They are usually very easy to play at night before bed and normally pretty relaxing to me. I have played Millionheir (the best of the bunch), Amazing Adventures, Cate West, Mystery P.I. and more.
This game is adequate. Thus 3 stars. The objects are harder to find than in many other games I've played and the timer adds an element of stress that I do not enjoy (that is not to say you won't but I didn't). Additionally the music is positively brutal. The wedding march and other fairy tale wedding songs. It was really tough for me to keep at this game with the music as it was just too much. I don't hate weddings (had one myself) but I do not want to listen that that music for hours and hours and hours. I did end up turning it off. The good news is that this game is not that long. I'm nearly done with story 1 and I've been at it less than 2 hours. If there are 3 stories/couples that means this one will clock in at under 10 hours (possibly under 6 which woud be awful). At a price of around ten to fourteen this would be a good pick up. Not great. There are much better but this will do in a pinch. Kind of like when you really want chocolate and all you can find is a chocolate chip granola bar or something.

My dream is to NOT be a wedding planner,

My desire for a new game helped me hold back the bile that is the premise of this game... wedding planner.
You are a wedding planner, your clients are nauseating. I was really hoping that during the planning process I could opt for wedding options like an Antarctic honeymoon, black cakes or polka-dotted dresses... but it is heavily pre-scripted with limited selections. I bought this in the summer when new releases are limited and I was so desperate for a seek'n'find game. I played it and traded it. The game play is smooth, there are not many levels. Coochie-coo and Shnookums tell you what they want and you select the appropriate location, dress, invites etc. You can't make a mistake, I tried, by selecting places and things that did not match what the love-vultures wanted, but the system wouldn't let me continue. Between the mini-games you have to find hidden objects in various screens. Some of these objects, especially in the the bridal shop and near impossible to find. (i.e. white on white) Seek-n-find game addicts, like myself, have to decide if they have the stomach to endure the Bridezilla utopian theme of this game...

I bought this game on pre-order, because I love the Dream Day series. I played it, and I really like it a lot. Just like with the other dream day games, it's sometimes hard to find the items, but after you find it the first time, it's easier to find all the next times. My only complaint is that there is no relaxed mode. But, it's still fun, and if you loved Dream day, I say you should at least try it.

I enjoy playing dream day wedding when trying to relax after a long hard day of work. It is easy, fun and relaxing. I would recommend it to a friend.

I am obsessed with Dream Day games. I have the entire collection. I came upon the Nintendo DS version and was super excited to add it to my collection.
The game is very much like all the others; seek and find. However, I am not too impressed with the accuracy of the items hidden. I am not sure if it is my DS or the game itself, but I spent quite a few frustrated moments clicking the needed item and getting the "denied" sound. It got to the point a few times where I shut the game off. On a positive note, I like the different games that are provided. This game if great to play if you have time to kill or enjoy playing on the go. I still prefer the PC versions though.

I love Dream Day Wedding and Married In Manhattan. And if I could play a Dream Day anywhere on my DS - I was thrilled. However, the game was a big disappointment. There is not enough time to finish two and three locations and the objects are so obscure in some of them; right now I'm stuck on the bakery and the spa. Have been for two months. Finally, there was not enough instruction on how to manuever through some of the mini games. Unless you're a diehard Dream Day fan (love all versions), I recommend a pass on this.
