I looked at several other portable cribs, and after calling the manufacturers, found out that their products were intended for infants up to 12 months old. Since our grandchild was 6 months at the time, we did not want to purchase a "portable" only to have to purchase another crib in 6 months time to accommodate his growth.

So this crib fit the bill. We were very pleased with the quality of the crib (It is very sturdy.), and delighted that it is full-sized. By adjusting the mattress level (which was easy to do), he will be able to use the crib until he's 2-3.

It took a little longer to assemble the crib because the directions are pasted to the bottom panel of the crib instead of being in a separate booklet. It wasn't difficult, but it did take some extra time because you had to look at the bottom of the crib, assemble, then look at the bottom of the crib for the next steps. My husband said that it took about 25-30 minutes to assemble.

Overall, I would recommend this product because of it's quality and value.

My parents bought this crib and keep it at their place for when we visit. It is perfect. It's easy to set up, folds down small. When the baby was little, we could raise the mattress up. And now that she's standing, we keep it low. Love that it takes a full size crib mattress like at home so it makes the transition to sleeping at grandma's a bit easier. Very happy with it.

This crib is very nice for the money. It is very sturdy for being a folding crib. I would recommend this item.

I wanted a basic crib and this fits the bill perfectly. I had no need for a convertible crib as we already own twin and queen sized beds that baby can eventually grow into. This crib will work perfectly for the approximately two years it will be needed. I like that this crib has wheels making it easy to move it from the nursery to our room to the living room. I also like that the mattress can be raised/lowered as appropriate for baby's age. The crib also folds up for storage making it perfect for grandma's house or for storing it away for future children.

The crib is very easy to assemble.

Good quality, sturdy, easy to store, perfect for our 7 month old grandson when he visits. We were so happy with our purchase that we ordered another one for our 2nd home

This crib was fairly sturdy and looks good. However, it took us a long time to put it together, even though my husband is always pretty good at figuring things out. The directions were not very detailed and the pins had to be put in upside down, which meant that we had to keep turning them and guessing where the hole was. Other than that, it seems to be a very good product for the price.

This crib was exactly what I needed for my year-old grandson's weekly visits. It was relatively easy to set up (although I let my son-in-law do the honors, so maybe it was just his skill). I like that it is full size and will last for a while, and it seems very sturdy overall. The baby is much more comfortable in this bed than he was in the little pack and play that we had been using. (I got a mattress for it, and mattress cover and sheets -- all through Amazon.)
The one problem was that it arrived with gouges in the rails that could have given the baby splinters -- they were on both rails, so maybe a forklift manhandled them or something. I didn't want the hassle of returning the crib and waiting for another, so I bought rail covers, which added to the cost. Seems very serviceable, but I agree with some of the other reviewers about the damage-at-the-factory thing.

Only folding full size crib I could find. Had a pack and play but grandson couldn't get comfortable in it. My grandson now sleeps soundly when visiting. Great buy

This crib arrived with a broken hinge before Thanksgiving. The box and packaging were undamaged so the problem wasn't with shipping but with Dream On Me's quality control procedures (or lack of). I contacted Dream On Me for a replacement hinge and still I am waiting for a working hinge. After many phone calls and e-mails I have only received an incorrect replacement hinge that did not fit this crib. This has been a nightmare and I haven't gotten anywhere. I would have mailed the crib back to Amazon if it weren't so huge! The people at Dream on Me seem to not care at all about getting it right. I've even spoken with a supervisor and she didn't seem to know what her employees were doing! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DREAM ON ME!!!!!
