This book is full of useful information on dream work - working with dreams in order to extract the information they offer through the individual's personal interpretation, using the methods in this book. It is a good book for both those who are experienced in dream work and those who are looking for ways to understand their dreams. The book does take time to work through by the very nature of dream examination and follow-up dreams, but it is worth the effort. There are quite a lot of exercises and not all people will want or need to use all of them. But this is a book in which you can pick out those exercises which best help you, without needing to complete them all in order to reach a satisfactory conclusion. A well thought-out and well organized book.
