5.0 out of 5 stars A must read. Needs sequel.
I have had this book since it first got to the shelves. I have read it many times and never tire of it. The struggle to survive both physically and spiritually is fascinating and never ending. The only problem I had with this book is like with all the previous reviewers it ended too abruptly. It needs a sequel. I just wish someone would make a site that just had up...

3.0 out of 5 stars Great book, bad ending!
Like the previous reviewer, I liked this book a lot. It was well written, gripping, basic good sci-fi. Then came the ending. It was so abrupt that I actually checked to see if a *chapter* was missing. I don't understand how a book otherwise so well written and well laid out could have an end which seemed like the author reached a predetermined page limit and ended the...

5.0 out of 5 stars Sci-fi meets Christian beliefs!?!?!?!, February 19, 2006

I loved this book. I have been a Bunn fan since I read "Pale Riders" years ago. This is such a different genre for him that I was skepitcal when I read the back cover. I had trouble getting into the story at first, but when I did I couldn't put it down. I didn't want it to end when it did. It needs a sequel.

I agree the book ended too abruptly, but that doesn't mean I didn't really love the story. It means...where's the sequel???

I'd love to see this book made into a movie.

This is by far the most beautifully written science-fiction novel I've ever read. It absolutely captivates the reader...you really grow connected to Consuela and Wander. This is an absolute page-turner...I couldn't put it down. I've just started reading it for the third time...and I still love it as much as the first time I read it. Absolutely wonderful!

5.0 out of 5 stars A Must Read for Sci-Fi Fans, July 20, 2000
This review is from: The Dream Voyagers: Three-In-One (Paperback)
Consuela, a girl from earth, suddenly finds herself transported to another world. She meets a young man with a special gift and soon, with his help discovers that she possesses the gift also. They end up falling in love, but then the young man, Wander, is kidnapped by government officials because of his abilities. Consuela evades being captured and then, accompanied by the crew of her ship, sets out on a dangerous journey to find Wander.

"The Dream Voyagers" is the best science fiction book I've ever read. It has the perfect blend of fantasy, romance, action and intensity. This book is a must read for any science fiction fan.

I love this book :) It may be not as well written for many other books, but it has a great feel and it is a great read, as well as relaxing.

I read this a couple years ago, and I vaguely remembered the book, but once I started reading it is a totally unforgettable reading experience.

What a beautiful picture of what a relationship should include ... as well as a fun sci-fi. Bunn is always a master, but this book is so compelling that I've re-read many times.
