About the Author
Ton Pascal is a Canadian of German and Italian origin, but was born in Brazil (Minas Gerais), resulting in an original cultural hybrid which distinctly influences his art and work. As a young student in Toronto, Ton was interested in painting, drawing, photography and was already working as a costume designer for films and television. He began in the 80's to practice self-taught meditation and relaxation. This subject became a lifetime love affair through which he has implemented new techniques that have helped him cope and conquer new challenges. In 1989 he moved to Paris and decided to create his own line of bijoux: the first collection, bearing his name, was an immediate success in France, America and Japan. Since 2004 Ton Pascal has returned to Toronto and launched three new jewelry collections on The Shopping Channel Network. Now Ton has decided to attempt another challenge. He believes that the times we are facing in our world require a more spiritual approach to our everyday lives. This is why he felt compelled to write this simple manual on how to relax and dream a better you, which he hopes will enrich your daily life.
