Within a month of purchasing this as a new device, the blue led went out. I immediately wrote an email to the address provided with the user manual. No response. Hmmm...it says in the manual that this is their preferred and best method of customer service. I wrote again. No response. I called the 800 number. No response. I decided I was just going to need to keep a flashlight next to my bed so that I could see what time it was when I wake up in the night. The alarm mode had 3 functions initially. Radio, AUX (Ipod), and a bell. The AUX mode stopped working. The bell was an oriental sounding tune, but plays super loud....like WAKE UP. You cannot adjust the volume. I don't know what happened last night, but now it suddenly plays something that sounds like super fast circus music...SUPER LOUD. I made no changes. None of the remote buttons work to adjust any of this. They are just fancy buttons. I hate this thing and I paid $100 for it. Don't waste your money. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

The unit I received was awful. It had bad sound quality, and then broke within a 2 month time frame. I don't recommend it.

I bought this as a CHristmas present for my son. We had trouble with the first one that came, there was just something wrong within the system. THe company was GREAT about taking care of it., THey sent us a new system and a label to return the defective one. The new one is AWESOME!!!!
