This is definitely the worst product that I have ever purchased! Get this...........the charger cannot accomodate the controllers with the covers included within the package. OK, you say...........you can always take the time to SCRAPE the covers off, because once they're on, they are ON! Want more? The controllers cannot be charged with the INCLUDED wrist straps.............they're too short to allow the controller to make contact! Oh yes..........one more thing!!! The unit stopped working after two days..........dead as a doornail. If you decide to purchase this piece of ____, have at it. Remember, you were warned!

So I got this charger as a gift and one of the batteries was dead. Wouldn't hold a charge, can't be charged, nothing. I called dreamGEAR and was told that since it's a gift. Then their return policy is that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So fine, it was a gift. I went out and bought another one, real smart of me, and what happened with the new one? Dead. Both batteries are dead. I thought it may of been the charging station, but not it's the batteries and dreamGEAR doesn't sell the batteries individually. So I returned the second charging station/batteries and will never buy another dreamGEAR product again.

This works great for charging controllers. It is the one I needed for the controllers I had.
