Directions
Heat Therapy: Place in clean microwave and heat in one minute intervals until optimal heat is achieved. Lumbar Wrap should feel warm, not hot to the touch. Cool Therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in freezer for several hours before use. May be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready for use. Cleaning Instructions: Remove grain packs and machine wash cover in cold water on delicate cycle. Tumble dry and remove promptly.

I use this on my back, neck, arms, knees and wrap it around my ankles when they get puffy. I have used it both cold and hot. I have had this for quite awhile and it has still retained it's strong scent of Autumn spices. This wrap comes in an interesting box that makes it great for gift-giving!

This is really a terrific product. I have one that was given as a gift about 3 years ago. I purchased this one as a gift for someone else. It really helps for reducing back, shoulder, neck aches ( I sound like I am falling apart). The smell is wonderful, mostly lavender, with each microwaving. The heat is retained by the seeds inside each compartment and then is radiated out for about 10 minutes. It has not failed to reduce my aches. It may take a few microwavings to really get the pain down, but a single one always works. The cover is a kind of soft velour and the velcro straps allow you to use pretty much anywhere.
