I use this on my back, neck, arms, knees and wrap it around my ankles when they get puffy. I have used it both cold and hot. I have had this for quite awhile and it has still retained it's strong scent of Autumn spices. This wrap comes in an interesting box that makes it great for gift-giving!

The item that I purchased (Dream Time Back in Motion Lumbar Wrap in brown) was just what I was looking for at a great price. It feels wonderful on your lower back, around your shoulders or down the entire back. It was in excellent condition as it was stated in the ad and delivered to me promptly!

This is really a terrific product. I have one that was given as a gift about 3 years ago. I purchased this one as a gift for someone else. It really helps for reducing back, shoulder, neck aches ( I sound like I am falling apart). The smell is wonderful, mostly lavender, with each microwaving. The heat is retained by the seeds inside each compartment and then is radiated out for about 10 minutes. It has not failed to reduce my aches. It may take a few microwavings to really get the pain down, but a single one always works. The cover is a kind of soft velour and the velcro straps allow you to use pretty much anywhere.

This is perfect for those aching back muscles. We microwave ours for about 2 minutes and it gives at least an hour's worth of soothing warmth with a comforting scent that will find you relaxing in no time at all. Addicting !!

I have been using microwave herbal wraps for years, I go through about 2 a year and have tried many different ones and have been satisfied. But Dreamtimes are horrible! I was really looking forward to receiving it because my old one had holes which are getting to be unreparable, but when I opened the box I knew right away, this was a smell I could never tolerate and the fabric is so hard and cheap. and not a comfortable fit. I returned it immediately. Do yourself a favor, pay a little more, and get another product. I ended up ordering from [...] because I had bought their products from a store I used to go to that unfortunately closed and loved the smell and soft plushy fabric. Also in the past I have bought Bucky microwave heat wraps ([...](and those are good too. I do not work for or own stock in either company.
