apron top is see-thru....and it does have the black skirt attached (i was a bit confused and thought the model was wearing the skirt just for the pic on amazon as it was not mentioned in the description)....its a one piece. feather duster is more like a pencil with 3 or 4 feathers attached. with all of that said....this is very fun and very cute! sizing was appropriate and seller was extremely speedy in delivery and responce to an e-mail! i would recommend this for a bit of fun!
