apron top is see-thru....and it does have the black skirt attached (i was a bit confused and thought the model was wearing the skirt just for the pic on amazon as it was not mentioned in the description)....its a one piece. feather duster is more like a pencil with 3 or 4 feathers attached. with all of that said....this is very fun and very cute! sizing was appropriate...

She didn't like the way it fit. Didn't feel sexy in it. Was too flimsly and poorly constructed. Would not recommend.

Sizing was good. A little hard to put on by yourself, but it was sexy on after I got the ties in the right place. Top is see through, I love the short attached mini skirt. Havent seen my boyfriend in 6 months due to a deployment and of course he loved it.
