5.0 out of 5 stars VERY GOOD FOR A SHORTER NOVEL.
I am not fond of the shorter novels I think they feel rushed but I really enjoyed this one. The stories were very good. I liked Marriage to a Stranger the best. HOPE YOU ENJOY!

I got this book used, thank god; based on these two stories I won't be reading this author again. Her female characters are meek and biddable and the men most definitely show abusive patterns, if not physical than emotional for sure.

1.0 out of 5 stars Horrible, December 5, 2011
This review is from: Dreamkeepers (Mass Market Paperback)
I got this book used, thank god; based on these two stories I won't be reading this author again. Her female characters are meek and biddable and the men most definitely show abusive patterns, if not physical than emotional for sure.

In the first book, "Strange Possession" the so called "hero" actually rapes the heroine, she says NO clearly and repeatedly and he just keeps going because it's what he thinks she wants, when she said she didn't!

To make matters worse the characters are pretty much carbon copies of each other, and we the reader are never offered even so much as a glimpse of what is going through the hero's mind so he just comes off as an overbearing, domineering bully of the worst sort.

The second book "Marriage to a Stranger" just gets even stranger, so much so that I was seriously having trouble figuring out what time period it takes place in; the female character is just so withdrawn and strange, with no voice of her own until after her father dies.

Ugg, I just can't write anymore about this book... Bottom line, it's bad, awful really, don't waste your time reading it, or your money buying it! I would rate it zero stars if i could.
