Mehhhh I hate to leave bad feedback and most of the time I would rather not leave anything at all but this is a total rip off just done buy it mine was "new" but had a crack in it and it wont do the things they claim it will. Then when you want to send it back the seller wont talk to you. Please just skip it.

Save your money. This product is not even close to being what is claimed. It is advertised as child friendly but in actuality wont work on any child friendly programs. It needs an updated flashplayer installed and this is not possible on this netbook. Goooood luck trying to contact the seller because he doesnt return calls or e-mails. Stay away from this product.
