The time spent with Sam Chatmon alone is worth the video. But it doesn't stop with him -- there are many wonderful traditional blues and country artists represented in this fascinating documentary. If you want to connect more to the past that keeps all this music alive, get the video and prepare to be touched. It is powerful as entertainment alone, but you will also be educated in a gentle and compelling way.
