The characters are perfectly matched. He is strong willed and won't take no for an answer. She needs the opportunity to say yes. This is a great vampire romance! There are love scenes present, but they are a little mild for my taste. That was the reason for the four stars instead of five.

In this exquisite paranormal romance, a top model suddenly disappears from the public until Zach and circumstances persuade her to model for a relaunch campaign for the perfume line Seduction. Both characters have dark pasts and dark secrets that keep them apart from others but yet might draw them to one another. Anya hovers in the between world, darkness and light, the dead and the living, vampire and human. Will Zach tip her over the edge...and to which side? What is the perfect kiss?

Amanda Stevens lovers will find all the elements here that make her writing so exquisite in any genre she writes whether it be romance, romantic suspense or suspense thriller. Both the hero and heroine capture the reader's heart in the midst of the darkness. The vivid imagery inspires the imagination. The darker elements are creepy and beautifully written. The images of light are stunning. Amanda Stevens writes with such a unique empathy for her characters --- a true delight! Superb vampire paranormal romance!
