I use it to make myself fall asleep early on the nights that I have to get up at 4:30AM to teach classes at the gym. It doesn't leave you groggy, and it helps you get deep, quality sleep in less time. I don't take the full dose of three pills though. Two does the trick for me. I also don't use it every day (I only use it twice a week, tops) and I'm not using it as a weight control product. I got a free sample of it a while back, and I really liked the way it helped me fall asleep even though I wasn't tired.
