What a great combination. I began using both Dremel units the day I received them. I've had a corded Dremel rotary tool for about 35 years. Although I always liked it, I never liked getting it out of the case or putting it away because of the (stiff) cord. The cord also got in the way when using the tool. The new cordless stylus is light, convenient, and comfortable to use. During the month I've had it, I've used it in a closet and in my back yard. With my old Dremel, I would have needed an extension cord, which might have dissuaded me from using it.
The Dremel cordless screwdriver has become my tool of choice--replacing my drill and almost replacing my screwdrivers. I find myself using it very often. I had long wanted a cordless power screwdriver to use together with my cordless drill--rather than continually switching the bits in my drill. The Dremel screwdriver is small enough to access places where I could not have used my drill. The screwdriver comes with the necessary screwdriver tips, and they're very easy to change. The screwdriver is also small enough that I can carry it in my work apron while I work. Although I have yet to use it for heavy-duty work, I have assembled a closet organizer, a cabinet, and installed/removed electrical switch plates. I've also put some 2" screws into drilled wood; it did the job.
Each Dremel unit has it's own battery, and the combination holder conveniently stores one unit while charging the other. I've yet to have a unit's battery run out while using the units.
I've been recommending this Dremel combination to my friends.
