This book is great. It showed me how to accept my body shape as beautiful no matter what the outer shape is and how to take control of dressing it for best results. It gave me simple information on using what I already have in my closet to be the best me possible. It won't suit high fashion freaks interested in super thin model looks. This book is for the rest of us - real women.

Believe me, I've read dozens of books trying to find out what to do with this awkward body shape of mine and, until I found this book, none were helpful. This book answered all my questions and made me feel good about myself. It's not for super-models, in fact, they probably won't like it or understand it. The book is written with great love and humor for the rest of us, the ones with bodies that no amount of airbrushing will help. Thank you to the authors.

WELL, IT'S ABOUT TIME THAT SOMEONE WROTE A BOOK THAT APPLAUDED ALL BODY TYPES AND MADE YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURS.

THE INFORMATION IN THIS BOOK IS INVALUABLE. YOU REALIZE IMMEDIATELY THAT IT IS NOT THE USUAL FASHION RIGHTS AND WRONGS KIND OF BOOK. IT DOES NOT PANDER TO THE SUPPOSEDLY PERFECT FIGURES, BUT GIVES BOTH THE PHYSIOLOGICAL AND HISTORICAL BEGINNINGS OF THE DIFFERENT BODY SHAPES FOUND IN ETHNIC GROUPS. IT MAKES YOU WANT TO SHOW OFF THOSE ATTRIBUTES(PREVIOUSLY CONSIDERED SOMETHING TO CAMOUFLAGE)THAT YOU TRIED TO HIDE UP UNTIL READING THIS INFORMATIVE AND MORE THEN A LITTLE BIT HUMOROUS BOOK.

ALL I CAN SAY TO THE AUTHORS IS "THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME BE MYSELF-----AGAIN".

There are some things in this book that I've read elsewhere but it takes it much further. Dress Me Now offered me an opportunity I've never had before - to understand not just how to dress my peculiar body shape but how to feel good, as a woman, about what I'm wearing. It's also quite amusing in the way it's written. Not a fancy book (the illustrations are pretty simple) but downright practical and worth it. What I also like is that I can get follow up articles and ask questions on the authors' website. A look good - feel good addition to my bookshelves and my wardrobe.

Every day dressing was a nightmare for me. I needed help not only with what to wear but how to wear it and sometimes even when to wear it. These ladies have taken every aspect of getting it together and simplified it for me. They even helped me with some self-image issues which was a nice surprise. My friend borrowed it and now I can't get it back.

I've read a lot of books and articles on this subject and this is the best yet. Clear, concise, informative, and also amusing to boot. Any woman of any age of any body shape will find this book a blessing to have for reference. And to have the ability to get specific help from their website is a definite bonus.

I was so tired of books that promise to 'help', that I almost missed this one. Don't make that mistake. These gals know what they are talking about and even for a senior who has always been known for being able to dress herself, they found lots of things to teach me! This will be in the stocking of every woman I know this Christmas! Thanks for the laughter and the tips!!

I'd always wondered why I had a huge wardrobe but could never find anything to wear. I bought Dress Me Now hoping I'd find answers and I did. It got me organized so now I know how to effectively use everything I've got- and make my particular body shape look good. I've been to their website and asked follow-up questions too but the book is my bible. Good stuff and a fun read with it.

I am an busy mom and business woman, and Dress Me Now was the perfect book for my needs. I gained new insights into how I can look my best -- all the time. The book was written with great understanding of our different body types and the (sometimes) humorous approach had me laughing out loud several times. Best of all, I've managed to tame my closet, thanks to the excellent, on target suggestions.

I thought this would be a dry fashion book but these two women have written it, not only with humor, but with a true understanding of what a woman feels when she opens her closet each day. It fulfills a broad range of needs and satisfied everything (and more) that I wanted from it. And the great thing is that I can ask them questions on their website. This book gets my vote for understanding the needs of every woman who ever looks in a mirror.
