I am 300 lbs and these are great shoes for comfort. All day and half the night and your feet are still feeling great. Easy on and off with the Velcro straps is a plus for me also. It only takes me about 3 months for me to "walk down" a pair of shoes so I will be ordering some more real soon.

I have to wear certain supported shoes because of a foot problem and this was one of the ones recommended by my doctor. I had never tried the Velcro fastener kind before and was anxious to see what it was like. The main thing about this purchase was that it was about a hundred dollars less than everywhere else. The shoe was fine. I had had a previous bad experience receiving another kind of shoe that was supposed to be leather and was actually about 50% mesh. This one was completely leather. It feels fine when I walk on it. I had originally thought I would get another if I could get it at that same price. However, the shoe seemed just a little loose for my particular foot. I have custom inserts, so I can't get "D". The 4E seemed just a tad too loose, not enough to regret buying it. But now as I write this review, I see that the shoe I ordered was a 4E and they are available in 2E. Therefore, I have ordered another one. I have not noticed that it is too heavy, as mentioned by another customer. I am 220 lbs.

If weight is no problem, this shoe is great..weighs more than my husband's work boots...very wide and comfortable..

I get a hard time finding shoes my size, and was surprise I found one not only that but the price you beat. Its comfortable for me.
