My three and five year old received this video for Christmas and they love it. It has gotten our whole family up and dancing. It is easy to follow and very kid friendly. The three year old can't do all of it but she loves to watch it any way. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get some exercise, develop coordination, and have some fun. As an adult I have enjoyed it as much as the kids.
