I like these because they are very very different from prunes or prune plums. They have a nicer flavor than the typical prune. They have retained good flavor and have good texture. They are pretty small, which is fine. Truly a dried plumb vs. a prune. They are soft in texture and a little bit chewy but not very chewy.
