An excellent product that is in a convenient size. The provider shipped on a timely basis and the product arrived safely.

The product is great in soups, stews, in prepared meat dishes such as Meat Loaf and in sauces such as spaghetti sauce. Fresh and aromatic.

I like to keep these on hand for when I'm making soup. They are good & so much easier than dicing green peppers. Just toss them in. Also much better shelf life than fresh. And they last much better than frozen, no freezer burn.

This makes a good addition to your earthquake or desaster stocks, It is easy to use and will keep for a long time.

I used to be able to find dried bell peppers fairly easily but in the last year or two they've been impossible. I found this website and these are as good as any I've ever had. I don't use bell pepper very frequently and often it is on the spur of the moment. This solves my problem without my having to go to the store. I only use dried bell pepper in things that I am cooking. I have no idea how they'd be if you were trying to use them in a salad or something where they weren't cooked.

I have not tried this product yet so I could not give 5 stars, but the shipping was fast and it looks like a nice package of Peppers. I like the idea of the smaller pkg's and not the big #10 cans , it's easier to take camping!
