Weight lifting is an important part of basketball. This program features future high-school All-American basketball players demonstrating several weight lifting drills as their coach provides voice-over instructions. There are over 15 drills that range from Power cling, Bench Press, Over the head press and Squats. Each drill is geared to improve your strength in your upper and lower body. Several drills required three sets of tens before changing positions.
