I have been using this product for about a month and a half. It's much easier to swallow than the large calcium pills-even the so called extra small calcium otc pills. It has a very light vanilla flavor. It does not upset my stomach. You have to remember to shake it vigorously before each use. I highly recommend this liquid calcium.
