This is both a beatiful book and useful. It contains daily readings from the early church fathers that are very thought provoking. I highly recommend this for anyone who doesn't have much time but wants a great way to spend the few minutes they have for meditation fruitfully!

This book is an excellent collection of short readings from patristic sources. I have used it for years as a source for the monastic practice of lectio divina. I highly recommend it for those interested in monastic forms of meditatio, oratio, or contemplatio.
