I was pleased with the price and service of the vendor. The product itself could benefit from a little redesigning, in my opinion. If the filter were taller, there would be less chance of unfiltered water slipping over the top of (or under) the installed filter. I've used the Drinkwell fountain (and filters) for years and have thought this every time I clean the fountain and replace the filter.

This appears to be the only filter that inserts in the drinkwell fountain. I purchased the big dog fountain from Amazon and its working well and the filters seem to be doing their job.

All of the animals in my house have taken to the fountain, so it collects a lot of hair, and I was starting to notice a real decline in performance with the old filter. Changing the filter made the Drinkwell run like new. Normally, I'm not one to keep after small appliance maintenance, but this was worth it. I wish they were individually packaged, however, because now there's a second new filter sitting in a kitchen drawer getting dirty until it is time to change it again.

Great value for the money paid. In this day and age we need more deals like this.

I've had a Drinkwell Fountain for my cats for years. The cats drink more water. This filter makes the water more palatable by removing the extra minerals, etc. that are not necessary for them to have. It's healthier and, again, they love and drink more water. These filters are a must for the fountain!

Fits perfectly of course, and I love the drinkwell fountain (my cats really love it!) but one of the filters in this package was split open on the side. It was still usable, but little bits of charcoal floated out of the split. The others were fine, hopefully it was just a fluke.

Does just what one would expect - fits in the Drinkwell and works as a filter. My cat is the most picky cat in the world and still prefers the bathroom sink, but I've never tasted the Drinkwell/filter water so I can't say whether or not he is justified in his preference!

I've used tooth brushes and other over the counter cleaning devices. Nothing gets the Drinkwell fountain as clean as this brush kit. I highly recommend it.

As always, received promptly and love that I can get a large amount of filters. Would hightly recommend!
