I've had this product for over a year and love it. It's great for when we aren't going to be home some night; you just fill it and clean it before a trip (say, Friday afternoon) and still has water on Sunday. This is not to say that you should leave your pets alone; you should always have somebody check on them, but still. This is a well-designed product and well worth it.
