My Father has owned 4 scooters. He likes this one the best. It's a high quality scooter, and is a cinch to break down and load into the car. Delivery and service from the seller was excellent.

Very good product. Compact and portable. Fits inside the trunk of my SUV even without disassembly. Bought a ramp. Could turn in tight places. Plan to use it in the mall and in Disney.

Unlike three wheelers I've rented, this one has never tipped. Sharp turns are smooth and level. Bought a small ramp on Amazon that makes going in and out a breeze. Stores in a small place. This was bought for my grandfather and he is enjoying his long rides. Very easy for him to learn to ride and very stable. Lots of good features such as the swivel seat and the fact that it locks up. The ability to charge without removing the battery is also great to have.

I was looking for something to help me get around in my home, outside and shopping. I had looked at the power chairs and didn't like them because they were big and bulky and you needed a lift on your car in order to transport anywhere. I decided on a scooter and we found this one. I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on Thursday. Quick delivery. Easy set-up and charging. I have a sunken living room and getting up and down the few steps was getting nearly impossible due to neuropathy in my legs due to chemo. I use a cane now and this scooter has greatly improved my mobility. My son built ramps for the inside of my house and going outside and this scooter goes up and down them with ease. Very quiet operation and has a headlight for those midnight runs for a snack. Has a swivel set and it's easy to get on and off without a problem. It breaks down into 4 pieces and fits in the trunk of your car so you can take it anywhere. It's fun to drive and looks really cute! I would highly recommend this scooter.

The Drive Medical Phoenix 3 seems to be all it was advertised to be and is working great. I just put it in my van and have not used it yet outside the house. Like most products today, the owners manual could be more descriptive. It took me two days and a call to the company to determine the difference between the battery pack and the batteries. Please note the battery pack you set out to break down the scooter contains the two batteries. To remove them you have to remove 8 little phillips screws and open the case.

Otherwise I like the size and weight of the Scooter and am looking forward to using it often. Amazon was as usual the best price for this item and the service was great.

I bought this chair for my dad and had it shipped to his home, he's 6'2. He says the chair is small or too short for his height. I asked my daughter to go check on him, and she reports that the chair sits in a corner....unused :-( She also reported that the chair is kinda low to the ground for my dad because his legs are long.

I'm very disappointed!!
