The picture of the product is very deceiving. It does not have a buckle like the picture indicates. It is all velcro. It is not a seatbelt you would see in an "auto". I am very disappointed.

the description and pictures do not exactly match. Once you get that straightened out, all will be fine. With a better description/picture match this would be a 5 star review. Like the other folks I screwed up once and had to return one belt. The second time I learned my lesson. When the second belt arrived it was exactly what I needed. The price was 25% of what the local medical supply store wanted to charge me, even including the cost of returning the first belt. So well worth the time and effort.

This belt will not work for a big person with a waiste of 38" or more in a 22" wide chair.
The Velcro closure is not near as good as the auto catch that does not come with this item.
You would be much better off with the next size up and a auto type closure.
