Editorial Reviews

It's Mike Moody's first day at Gold Rush Transportation & Security -- a start-up limo company run by the sleepy, cocksure and slightly deranged Arden White. Arden has big plans for Gold Rush, that it will one day be driving (and protecting) the 'V.I.P. clientele' of life. Unfortunately, Arden is also mildly incompetent, and the more functional tasks appear to be taken care of by others.

Gold Rush's veteran driver is the affable and offbeat Ray Dosle. Both Mike and Ray have their reasons for why they need this particular job. But a limo company has a habit of exposing the hidden demons of each its players, and Gold Rush is no exception. Like the clients the drivers share the space with, the car can become a front for the truth. And sometimes it is the truth. As Mike ventures out in to the lonely, seedy L.A. night, he will find out quickly that previous rules need not apply. Just as Ray tells him 'everybody's living another life', Mike must choose for himself which one has the right of way.
