Hi,

Droll Yankees will replace all parts, free of charge, if they are destroyed by the animals. I had a similar problem, but they sent a replacement tube, right away!!

In the long run, this is cheaper than replacing the other feeders, year after year.

I had this last year and really loved it....until the racoons found it and totally destroyed it. (The tube is plastic) It's too expensive to just throw away.

Great product, arrived quickly. It did break within about 2-3 weeks of use but am confident that the company's lifetime warrantly will come in handy.
