Holds Up A Tom Well!,
By
This review is from: DW Drum Workshop CP9300 9000 Series Heavy Duty Snare Stand (Electronics)
I bought this stand a couple of weeks ago to hold up a 12 inch tom. I had used a couple of snare stands in the past. Some worked while others made it difficult to move the tom to the right position. Ultimately, I decided to do some checking around of the types of stands out there. Although I could have very well have bought a cheaper stand, most snare stands do not allow 360 degree motion and mobility. In addition, you can move a tom or snare closer or further away from you. The only downside to this stand is that it is extremely heavy. However, at least one will feel secure in that the stand will stay in the position that one needs it.

Great snare stand,

As with all DW9000 hardware this is a great product. Very sturdily build, very adjustable, and the offset snare basket allows for more foot room or for double bass pedal if you have one. Like all DW9000 hardware this stand is heavy. If you're looking for a functional, well-designed snare stand, this is the clear winner.
