The beauty of this cd is that it is primal drumming at its best.
Despite the fast pace of the 2 tracks, you will feel your self breathing and thinking at a steadier pace (slower than the music).
Drumming is a way of life. Rhythm is a way of life, a cycle of life. And this CD helps us keep in tune.
