This recording is their salute to all those who continue to promote Native culture and intertribal unity. Recorded in 1976 this collection of songs features modern pow-wow style songs as well as the northwest Saskatchewan style of hand drumming.

First of all, the name of my family should be spelled right! It is TOOTOOSIS. Please change this.

Secondly, this is a family recording and would like to announce that the next generation of Tootoosis singers is preparing to record an album to honor our uncles who "blazed" the way and kept alive the traditions of pow-wow for future generations in the North Battleford(Sask) area. Many world champion drum groups and singers come from this area and share this respect for this recording.
