This book was printed before dehydrators became readily available. The first section starts with some basic ground rules for drying food. The seconed gives some directions on drying. Thirdly she gives recipes to use dried product to make other recipies. She includes many charts on drying and storage of food. I got this book from my local library to use with my Snackmaster dehydrator by American Harvest. |
