5.0 out of 5 stars Dry Cleaning...At Home!
I just used this product for the first time and I had to write a review about it! I've had this kit for about a month or two and I couldn't bring myself to use it. With the Fall Semester coming up, I started to do some cleaning and pulling out my fall clothes. As a college student I wear a lot of sweaters in the fall and winter to keep me warm in West Virginia. I was disappointed to find out Dryel's original scent has been discontinued. I really try to like the only remaining scent, Fresh Breeze, but it smells like bug spray. Strong bug spray at that. If you just want to mask the odors on clothing with heavy perfume, skip this overpriced product & get Febreze.

The only downside of that is most, if not all my sweaters are wool or a combination of materials that need to be dry cleaned. I pulled out this kit and decided to give it a try...I was amazed at the results! My sweaters were clean, soft, and smelled great! Some of my sweaters also had stains on them. I was hesitant about using the Dryel stain remover for fear of ending up with sweaters that had "bleached" out spots on them, but I followed the instructions for testing and then using the stain remover and voila! Clean, unstained sweaters with no "bleach" spots. This product is a little pricey, especially for a college student, but I think the results are well worth the cost. I don't have to battle traffic or worry about getting to the dry cleaner before it closes and if I forget to put an item in when I'm doing "Dryel Cleaning," I have the option of doing it right then and there or waiting until I have a few more items.

These refills are great! After having looked at most local stores, like Walmart and Target, I could not find any dryel refills. I was so happy to see that I could buy them on amazon! I don't dry clean that much just my blazer but they do the trick every time. Good product!

Just recently started buying dry clean only pants for work. Someone at banana republic told me about this product. It works very well. Quite happy with it. I even use it to clean for super blue shirts instead of washing them in water so they won't fade so bad. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is it isn't cheap.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for dark jeans, August 24, 2010
This review is from: Dryel Clean Breeze Refills, 6 count boxes (Pack of 2) (Health and Beauty)
Just a quick note for anybody looking to keep their dark jeans looking new. Dryel is the answer. Cleans, smells great, no fading and no shrinking. It uses a stain pen and steam cleaning in the dryer.
Since I paid $200 for my jeans and my last pair fading after 2 months, Dryel is a lifesaver. No guilt on Saturday night when I pull on my jeans!

4.0 out of 5 stars Freshen up, December 27, 2011

These work pretty well, although I wouldn't bother with them for stains. I don't see them as a good cleaning system for dry clean clothes, just a way to freshen up the clothes in between real dry cleaning. They do a decent job of making the clothes smell good and the cycle through the dryer removes most wrinkles. Not a bad way to reduce the expense of maintaining your dry cleaned clothes a little bit.

4.0 out of 5 stars Older generation product but works just well, December 17, 2011
This review is from: Dryel Clean Breeze Refills, 6 count boxes (Pack of 2) (Health and Beauty)
I have been using these dryel sheets to do dry cleaning at home for a few years. It doesn't clean up any stains, but most of the clothes don't have stains on them anyways. I think the company has a newer version of this product out already, which has smaller sheets but soaked more heavily in cleaning detergent. This is the older version of it but it cleans just as well.

I have used this product for over 10 years and am very pleased. This is the best price here. Plus, I don't have to run to the drycleaners to pick it up. Time and money saved.

With this product pricing, you can dry clean your jeans and anything you fear washing that might shrink in the dryer. Works like a charm.

I have been using Dryel for years and love it. I have saved a fortune in dry cleaning bills. I don't necessarily use it on my best dresses, but it does a great job with most of my work clothes (pants, shirts, sweaters) and is a must have product.

5.0 out of 5 stars Savin' me a whole bunch of money!, July 2, 2011

This review is from: Dryel Clean Breeze Refills, 6 count boxes (Pack of 2) (Health and Beauty)
I use these great little sheets to clean all of my husband's and my knit shirts, sweaters, his dress pants, my jeans, etc., etc., etc., really everything that I don't want to shrink, fade, lose its color or lose its shape. I've used them on dresses, too, with equally pleasing results. One sheet does 4 garments, so I use about 3-4 sheets a week, depending on what we've worn. It's amazing the way our clothing looks now. No more curled collars on my husband's golf shirts and my knit shirts don't get misshapen! I'm really pleased with the stain remover -- just dab it on the stain prior to putting the clothing item in the bag that is provided. Yes, Dryel is for dry cleanables, but I think it's terrific for just about everything!
