The only complaint I had was that it didn't come with the needed screws or anchors to install it. It did install quickly and easily after I found some to use.

Dryer Doc I purchased this product because my dryer hose kept falling out of the vent opening. It was taped with duct tape and after a period of time the tape came loose and I would find my dryer hose on the floor. I was skeptical about this product but was proven wrong. It works great. Whoever invented it must have experienced the same problem with their dryer vent as I have. For the minimal cost of the product it is worth a try.

This is a great product. It makes the replacement of dryer duct easy. I spent several hours but could not fit the new rigid aluminum duct to fit with the fitting. I scratched my forearms in several places because it was in a tight space. I gave up but decided to search the internet to find an advice. Then I found this thing and ordered it immediately. After I got it, the rest was easy. It took me only 15 mins, may be less, and its done!!! And I am not a handyman. Recommend those who has to replace dryer duct to get this before you start. It will save you time.

The only con is I found it on the web and had to pay shipping etc. and wait for more than 1 week while I could have gotten it at the home depot near-by.

Works great, easy to install and stays put. No more dryer hose falling off the wall.

Great idea, didn't work though. I had one tab break on me the first time that I attempted to dock the 2 pieces together. The appliance installer broke off the other 2. Since the dock was already installed to the wall we ended up screwing the 2 pieces together. Not what I was looking for.

A good product, but I installed mine through a window I made out of Lexan (like plexiglass, but stronger). If you are installing through thin material like this or plywood, the outside rim extends about 1.5 inches and it did not fit inside my Heartland dryer vent. I had to cut it shorter, a laborious task. For going through a wall, it's perfect.

It holds the vent tightly and does not leak. Easy to dis-connect and re-connect. Fast shipping from Get Organized.

I don't know if the dryer dock is what I want, but only time will tell. But so far so good.
