I installed these last week in my E46 M3 and have been very impressed. Much better low bass than my old 12's. Hooked up to the same amp a 1000-watt mosfet and capacitor. For the price you can't go wrong. Very clean and solid construction of the box and hasn't moved since I installed, though plan on a strap or brackets to ensure no movement under hard braking.

Lights are nice and don't distract.

No problems so far and have cranked to where the Harmon Kardons crackle and the bass is still solid. Need to replace interior speakers now and install dynomatt!

I have had descent systems in the past. Was wanting to get another system. I wanted a low budget system. I seen these for $150.00 and was unsure of how they would perform. I took a chance and let me tell you I was overwhelmed. I didnt expect the bass the these subs produced when I connected them to my 800 watt cheap sony amp with a electronic crossover. You can not go wrong with these. You do need a crossover, it makes a big difference. the subs has a crossover built into them, but it isnt that good. I have had more expensive subs, these far out performs them. The Blue lights are a great bonus. Trust me if your not for sure and thinking about getting them, do it you will not be disappointed.

These Dual 12's can really perform when hooked up to a good amp of at least 1200 watts and a capiciter. I had them in a 92 ford escort hatch back and those 12's would shake the whole car from bumper tip to bumper tip! The rear license plate would jump at least 2 inches with only 2 bolts on the top of the plate. If you are looking for some hard hitting low bass shake you like crazy subs these are for you!

For this price, I wasn't going to expect too much, but these are phenomenal. The action on these are incredible, they are so quick, and can play some low low tones, they are LOUD. I have these hooked up to the 1400 Watt Pyle 2 Channel Bridgable amp and it works perfectly, I have a very hot cab with no firewall and there is no overheating problems, so definitely a good pair together. These subs are all the bass I will ever need. BUY THIS NOW.

Although it's made out of $35 subs, it still does its job with plenty of punch

Pros:
-VERY loud!!!! The SPL on this box is very impressive for $150

-Box styling and lights are very cool

-The ladies love it

Cons:

-While it has a pretty large x-max, the coils overheat pretty easily with too much power, so you have to be careful to not push them too hard

-The sound quality is very low for anything other than rap or hip hop. The bass is very boomy with almost no definition for short kicks like a bass drum

Couldn't be more pleased. These things defiantely hit HARD ! they look sweet and all of your friends will love your lights. My buddies MTX subs dont even hit as hard and have no lights and yet they are more expensive. These subs are great! very nicely made. they will sound great, look great and they are very easy to install ! if your considering them, BUY them

This pumps out such a satisfiable amount of sound and bass for the price. I am kicking it around 50% and it is more than good for me. The only down is the lights. 1. It pretends the lights are much brighter than they are and 2. They are a very big pain to hook up, not worth it.

Great subwoofer! Has good bass and box holds up great bouncing around in back of my blazer when im offroad. disapointed when it showed up though:( corner of box was broke, nothing a little duck tape couldnt fix:) plexy glass ratled when i first hooked it up, just tightened the screws, sounds great now! great value, goes great with blue led speakers by Dual. O and that lable that says dont hook led's up to speaker power, bunch of bull! hook em up and let the lights flash with the music! ive had it for four months like that and every led is still going.

this was a good system. i got it installed today, however, my mechanic said that i'd need an extra power source to run the lighting. it would work on just the battery, but he said that it uses a lot of power and might drain out the battery. you could use an extra battery or a capacitor.

I bought these subs for the back of my 98 blazer and they have AMAZING sound quality. They bump, and the box was made just right. The LED's are wonderful, and you could hook them up to the sound input if you put a 4OHM resister on it. This would enable it to flash with the sound while NOT busting the lights. Great product, highly recommended!
