Excellent and reliable
I have found these to be extremely reliable and have almost never had a bad one out of the many I have used. I try to always buy these and rarely use any other brand for Dual Layer.

Just plain garbage!
I bought a 25-pack of this on a Christmas sale. Out of 25 pieces only four were actually good, all others were defected. I use highly regarded ASUS DVD-RW drive and Nero 9 for recording. The recording process seems to go fine, but after burning is completed no drive on any of the four computers I have is able to read it, while they are able to read a DVD movie that has...

I bought a 25-pack of this on a Christmas sale. Out of 25 pieces only four were actually good, all others were defected. I use highly regarded ASUS DVD-RW drive and Nero 9 for recording. The recording process seems to go fine, but after burning is completed no drive on any of the four computers I have is able to read it, while they are able to read a DVD movie that has been heavily scratched by my kids. Memorex should be ashamed to manufacture this type of garbage! If any of you, Memorex guys, are reading this, please contact me and I will send you a couple of disks as an example!

Do not buy! The first dvd worked and that was it. I bought new ones of a different brand Verbatim and so far no problems.
