This internal USB hub worked great after trying an external USB HUB. Cleared up some intermittent problems we were having with USB peripherals dropping off line with the external hub. Although the card comes with a full height card bracket, there is a low profile bracket included. In either case 3 USB ports are present on the card bracket itself. The fourth USB port is on the card but is only accessible if you plug into it from the inside of the PC. It would be nice if the mfg included a cable to bring the 4th port to the back of the PC. Then it would have been a five star product.
