ordered the radio got it 4 days later. had it installed and the cd player didnt work. didnt really care because i have an ipod. now the screens going out in it. very bad product, complete waste of money. would have been better off going to walmart and buying one of their radios.

This product isn't worth the money. The audio is only great if you are listening to a cd or dvd. If your using a amp for your door speakers the audio is terrible, as you turn it up it the sound gets distorted. Using the iplug comes in handy but once again sounds like crap. I removed the unit and replaced it with a alpine. Didn't change any wiring and what a difference. As they say you get what you paid for. Don't waste your money on this unit.

Its an alright headunit, problems being that its more for video than it is for audio. Its loud in two different ways, the fan can be heard over the music unless turned up high and the 50w per channel. It sounds great but the features are lacking. The aux window has no good looking pictures just a blue screen with "dual" on in. if i could return to buy a different one i would in a heart beat.

i got this radio 4 Christmas (against my will) and it only took about a month for it to stop playing music. im frequent with automotive electronics considering i attend college for it. so hooking it up wasn't the problem. everything was fine and dandy until one day i started my car and NOTHING! the screen and everything is operational except for the "little" problem of no music coming out of my speakers. i checked for shorts or disconnected wires,blown fuses,if mute was on and everything; NOTHING! i haven't reported to customer services for warranty info yet but im not 2 excited to send this out 2 have it fixed after only one month. BUYER beware there is no quality to this item. do yourself a favor and save another hundred dollars and get a better quality radio.

This is now the third Dual DVD player that I have purchased. The first one I have had for 5 years without any issues, this one however did break within 4 hours of it being new. Everything was working fine and then it just froze up and would not play anything and the sreen went blank. I called the Dual technical help department and they were very helpful and determined that the stereo had to be returned for service. Because it was so new I did an exchange through Amazon and they had a new replacement shipped to my door within 24 hours!!
Even with the bad unit I would not hesitate to buy another Dual brand stereo, although I wish they were SAT ready and Amazon is the best.

wish it had a usb plug and the aux on the front of the panel other than the stupid i plug. no bluetooth or hd radio. can't believe i payed $230 for a 2 year old product. only one rca output for subs as i am not good with wiring amps and subs yet.
