One of the best reggae dub albums,
By MamboCha. (Cherry Hill, N.J. US) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Dub Me Crazy 3: African Connection (Vinyl)
I discovered this album when I entered a music store, as it was playing it called my attention. I like many genres and eras in music, and reggae is also in that list, but like it happens in every genre there are good and bad productions. Sadly as much as I like reggae I am of opinion that there are to many productions in this genre that are lame and tend to fall in a simplistic monotony. But not this one, this album has cadenza, flow, and feeling. The echos and drifts add a great touch. After this, I checked some other Mad Professor and dub albums but this continues to be my favorite.I recommend it. I also recommend Third World - Ultimate Collection, their early reggae songs are among best of reggae's golden era, they are also very instrumental.
