The title says it all. Ducane makes the best grills on the market. Great pricing and a great value. this is the second Ducane I have owned, retiring the first one after about 15yrs. at the rate i am going, I may have to buy a new Ducane one more time in my lifetime. Incredible product, with a great warranty.

Amazon had this grill to us within 3 days! It was to be a Father's Day present and definitely arrived in time. The only disappointments were that the unwrapped racks scared up the interior of the grill during delivery and(2)exterior utility racks were missing from the box. Ducane promptly mailed them to us. There were also a few nicks around the edge of the grill lid. The offer of a free cover for the grill during my purchase was a BIG plus! My husband is extremely delighted with the grill and it's performance! We would definitely recommend others to make this purchase! Great value for a superb grill!

I am using a 12 year old Ducane Model 1502. It has two stainless steel burners that are still in good shape (Believe it). The unit has been stored outdoors; winter and summer. Overall Ducane makes an above average product. There is no rust on the unit except for the metal fuel line. Finally the lava rock grate has burned through and needs replaced. The unit takes quite awhile to heat up; doesn't get hot enough for a good steak sear; but cooks uniformly especially at low-moderate temperatures. An ongoing problem that I have had is that the burners get plugged every year with dirt, grease, and spider webs. They must be dismantled yearly and cleaned. MOST IMPORTANTLY---Be aware that Ducane has gone out-of-business this month, and warranty and parts will be very questionable. Weber has bought the inventory and is temporarily honoring some of the warranty claims.

What a difference a year makes. The lava rock grate rusted through and both of the ss burners are totally shot; the holes are rusted through and the burner thus won't hold a flame. The grill is now at the recycle center.

I've had my grill for three years now, and it has generally stood up well. I have tried to follow the manufacturer's maintenance instructions religiously. My only issue is that some of the paint along the base has started to flake off.
