The Affinity 4200 gas grills feature an enclosed cart with stainless steel doors and painted cart. All grills are constructed with a stainless steel lid insert and a stainless steel tube lid handle with a lid thermometer, and a cast aluminum end caps. The cooking system, rated at 48,000 BTUs, includes 4 stainless steel burners and an electronic ignition. Cooking grates are made of 1/4" diameter stainless steel wire. The Affinity 4200 has a 10,000 BTU flush-mounted side burner with a stainless steel lid. The primary cooking area measures 526 sq. inches; the warming rack area measures 167 sq. inches, giving a total cooking area of 693 sq. inches. Other features include a stainless steel stamped warming rack, porcelain-enameled heat distribution plates, textured painted right hand side table, textured painted left hand side table with side burner, and a stainless steel control panel. There are 4 heavy-duty casters (2 fixed, 2 swivel). NG models include a 10-ft. flexible hose. 5-year limited warranty.

Ordered this while on sale for $250.00 with $100.00 shipping. Shipping was prompt and delivery company helpful. Took about 1 hour to setup, mostly screwing on panels and wheels, and was easy with good instructions. Grill has a 3/8 inch quick connect at the natural gas hose end. My home had a 1/2 inch gas outlet, so I needed to get parts at Lowes to adapt that (Note: don't try this yourself unless you know what you are doing!) Grill preheats to 500 degrees in 4-5 minutes, cooks even and fast! Very happy with this purchase.

Pruduct arrived right away and in great shape. No problem with assembly -- and it's working like a champ. Even better than our old Ducane, which we had for more than 15 years.

Heats up well, no issue with hot spots, great for parties on deck. Easy to put together - couple of the holes didn't line up (had to enlarge the holes to complete). Image of the item never showed the back of the grill - behind the door is open to the elements (my old one was an enclosed cabinet) - would think all would be - Added a pice of aluminum cross the back to out (opportunity for the manufacturer).
