I picked this up on a recent lightning deal. It was inexpensive and with the Holidays coming up I knew I was going to need it. I received it last night and proceeded to wrap some presents with it and here's my opinion.

Pros
~ Inexpensive
~ Handy dispensers
~ Sticks and holds well
~ Shows semi-clear on wrapping paper, etc.

Cons
~ None (It's tape, what did you expect?)

For those that don't have Prime Shipping, this would be a great filler item to make that $25 Free Super Saver Shipping mark.

"Duck Brand Invisible Tape" is good all around general purpose household tape. Being somewhat cheaper (and giving an extra 50" per roll as well) than the leader in the market Scotch® Magic Tape 3105, 3/4-inch x 300 Inches, 3-Pack, I decided to give Duck Brand a try.

The Matte finish is good, making it non-reflective and hard to spot in most lighting. It does disappear fairly well on most papers, including gift wrap, but Scotch Tape is marginally less obtrusive to my eye. It can be written on with marker and pencil, but ball point pen did not take well.

In summary, this is a good value tape that beats the generics hands down. The price difference between this tape and Scotch Tape might be enough to justify switching for most uses.

I bought this 4-pack of Duck Brand invisible tape at the grocery store. It was real cheap & now I know why. A previous poster was right; about as invisible as masking tape. More importantly, it won't stay stuck! If I use it to hold down the corners of envelopes, even if pushed down hard, the next morning they will be coming loose from the paper. That is BAD, undepenable & unreliable; and that's just plain white envelope paper! If it can't stick long term to dry, porous printer paper, it is valueless. I'm not a waster, so now I am using it up by going around and around paper recyclables [newspapers/magazines]. I do it less than an hour before the truck gets here, so the tape won't "unstick" before it hits the truck's bin. If Ducks intention was to compete with 3M/Scotch, it will NEVER happen. You put Scotch brand tape on an envelope, you still will have to tear the paper or tape trying get it off over a year later. Duck vs Scotch? Absolutely no comparison.

I had never heard of this brand before so I wasn't expecting much. Turns out this is great tape and just as good as Scotch tape which is a lot more expensive. The adhesive is very strong and the tape itself is strong as well. I've had no issues with the tape in any of the applications I've used so far. It dispenses rather easily as well. I will definitely buy more of this tape.

Great value coming into Christmastime. I used more than half of this for this year's Christmas presents. I got it for cheaper than I could buy it at Wal-Mart.

I'm not quite sure what I can say. I purchased this tape as part of a Black Friday sale and it was very useful as it was a major part in my Christmas gifts. I'd buy more for the right price!

I'm not impressed with this tape. Duck is a decent brand EXCEPT (I recently learned) in Transparent tape.

I'll use it until it goes out. It's not bad enough to return, but I'm not getting any more.

Oh well.

I bought for the cheap price but these things are tiny. Like a regular tape dispenser put in a shrinking machine. They were cheap but dont be shocked when you get this tiny tape dispenser. A replacement roll for my fixed dispenser is 1300 inches for one roll. Three of these total are 1050 inches. I wish i had checked the specs a little closer.

Bought this as a sales item when I had other things to order, they were very useable.

Bought this on a lightening deal and was YAY!! We need tape for the Holiday's..Can't go wrong with tape at a good price!
