Duck Floating Radio/ Thermometer

I got this Duck to take the temperature for my baby's bath. I received the Duck from PoolsInc (very excellent customer service) and noticed the radio did not work. I called PoolsInc and they immediately sent a second one which worked wonderfully. My baby loved the music coming from the duck and I loved the fact that I could know the temperature of the bath water; we were happy for about 4 days! Then suddenly there was neither a thermometer reading nor was there any sound from the radio. Now, I have a rather expensive floating duck toy---which my baby likes---but I could have bought that for about $3 at Target/Walmart. Do yourself a favor and save your money---unless you really have a strong desire to waste your hard earned money on a floating duck toy!!!

The duck sounded good when it was first put into my daughters bath, and she loved it. Within a few minutes however, it turned turtle and drowned ie the radio stopped working, never to play again. Not exactly waterproof, which would be a priority imho.

I had to return this twice as the second one didn't work ethier.Don't waste your time.

I bought this cool little device as a birthday gift for a relative who has a hot tub. It was well received. It worked well out of the box, but some customer reviews indicate it might not be too durable. The one I bought is still working well a few weeks after purchase... time will tell. What I found was all hot tub accessories I could find on line were utilitarian (uh dull); this was the only thing I could find that was fun.

junk good shipping fast but radio is junk as soon as i put in hot tub the volume went low
