I had to return these sandals to Amazon and had no problem with a refund and I thank them for that. While I have several pairs of Duck Head sandals that I won't part with even though they're wearing out, the "Heidi" sandal was a major disappointment. It was extremely uncomfortable with scratchy straps hitting all the wrong places on my feet. I also paid at least twice as much for these DH sandals as any of my others just because I had been so satisfied with them in the past. Not this time, though - sorry!

This is a cute shoe, fits true to size and quite comfortable. I don't usually buy clog styles because of my high instep, but this shoe feels good on my foot.
